After the Zoom advice meeting with Hannah I felt comfortable and confident that I was dealing with someone who knew what she was doing. Louisa and Hannah were both friendly and at the same time efficient and professional which was what I needed and wanted. The efficient communication between Louisa/Hannah and I straight away. As soon as I sent an email to either of them I got a reply almost instantly which was very reassuring. It is a big relief and comfort to know who to approach whom we can trust when we need help.
