At Halliday Reeves, our immigration services are delivered on a clear, fixed-fee basis wherever possible. We are transparent about what is included and the likely cost at each stage.
We specialise exclusively in UK Immigration Law, supporting both individuals and businesses across the UK.
Who Will Handle Your Matter
Immigration matters are handled by SRA-regulated solicitors and accredited immigration advisers.
Our advisers are accredited under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS). All work is supervised in accordance with IAAS supervision requirements by experienced IAAS-accredited Supervisors.

Full Legal Representation
Standard Applications

For spouse and partner visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), British citizenship and other standard-complexity matters.
Includes:
- Full eligibility review
- Document preparation and organisation
- Completion of application forms
- Legal representations where appropriate
- Submission and follow-up correspondence
Simpler Fixed-Fee Applications

For clearly defined visa routes involving lower complexity but still requiring full preparation and submission.
Discrete Legal Services

For limited-scope matters such as travel documents and clearly defined administrative submissions.
Business Immigration Services
Our dedicated Business Immigration Team advises employers, HR departments and business owners across the UK on sponsorship, workforce mobility and compliance.
All business matters are handled by our specialist Business Immigration Team and supervised in accordance with IAAS supervision requirements.
Free Business Consultation
We offer a complimentary initial consultation with a qualified member of our Business Immigration Team.
This allows us to:

Sponsor Licence Applications

Full preparation and submission of sponsor licence applications, including guidance on sponsor duties and compliance responsibilities.
Skilled Worker & Business Visit Visas
From £1,800 (including VAT)

Full preparation and submission, including eligibility review and documentation support.
Compliance & Audit Support
From £2,400 (including VAT)

Includes:
- Sponsored worker file reviews
- Policy and process assessments
- Mock audits
- Preparation for Home Office compliance visits
Typical Timescales
Preparation times vary depending on the type of application and documentation provided.
In most cases:
- Initial eligibility review - usually within 24 hours
- Application preparation - typically 2-4 weeks once documents are received
- Home Office processing times - vary and are outside our control
We will provide a tailored estimate once we understand your circumstances.
Additional Information
- VAT is charged at 20% for clients ordinarily resident in the UK.
- Disbursements (such as Home Office or interpreter fees) are not included and will be quoted separately in advance.
- We have multi-lingual staff, and external interpreters can be arranged if required.
- Our services are fixed-fee, not hourly - giving you certainty and control.
