Senior Adviser Role

Full Time Middlesbrough/Remote Monday to Friday Competitive, based on experience

Are you an experienced immigration professional looking to take the next step in your career? Halliday Reeves is seeking a skilled and confident Senior Immigration Caseworker to join our Middlesbrough office or work remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.

The role is suited to someone with a solid understanding of UK immigration processes, excellent client management skills, and a passion for achieving the best outcomes.

Role Overview

You will manage personal and business immigration matters from instruction to submission while supporting quality and consistency across the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of personal and/or business immigration matters from instruction to submission
Provide clear and strategic advice to clients on options, requirements, and prospects
Prepare, review, and submit complex applications to UKVI and the Home Office
Supervise and support junior caseworkers where needed
Contribute to high standards of case preparation and client care across the team

What We're Looking For

Proven experience handling UK immigration applications (private and/or business)
Strong working knowledge of Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance
Excellent drafting, communication, and client care skills
Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
High levels of accuracy, organisation, and professionalism
