Fresh Claims

It is possible for a failed asylum seeker to make a fresh application to the Home Office for their claim to be reconsidered.

Generally speaking there must be either new evidence to support the case or a change of circumstances, for example new country guidance case law, discovery of serious health issues or you are in a long term relationship or have started a family.

If you think that your case is one in which there is new information that the Home Office should consider, it is possible for your case to be assessed as to whether there is now a chance of success.

It should be noted that unless there has been a change in case law relating your country of nationality, it is essential that significant evidence is produced in support of a fresh claim.
